On a cutting board cut the Squash in shape about 1/2 an inch thick.
In a bowl mix olive oil, salt, and orgegano.
Using a cooking brush coat both sides of the squash with the above mixture.
Set up the gas or charcoal grill or oven to heat up to 350 F.
Place the squash in only one layer leaving 1/2 inch of space between each piece so that heat can get between the sections and cook the squash
Put the squash either directly on the grill or on a foil paper if using the oven.
Grill the squash until it is just tender and slightly browned, about eight minutes on each side. Carefully turn the squash with the long-handled
tongs so pieces don't tear off or slip between the grill grates into the flames.
